Perform monthly reconciliations & generate financial reports and statements.
Perform data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
Review, post and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
Audit and process credit card bills, invoices & bank deposits while maintaining an orderly filing system.
Apply payments and invoices to our advertising program, monitor and account for the fund's availability and coordinate with all relevant departments.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information & provide accurate documentation for auditing and tax reporting purposes.
Conduct all aspects of this position in a professional, courteous, and confidential manner.
Responsible for accurate accounting documentation.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Account Receivable / Billing
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Understanding preparation of financial statements with concise accuracy.
Strong computer and accounting software knowledge.
Skilled in time management and analytical problem solving.
Highly organized and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.
Flexibility to handle additional special projects as assigned.
